Bridport Art Society Exhibition 2021
Instructions
We are pleased to organise a Summer Exhibition in these challenging times.
The entry process will be very different this year, please read the instructions carefully. The exhibition will run at the Sou Sou West Gallery in Symondsbury by Lyme Bay Arts. The entry, hand-in, exhibition and collection processes are dictated by Covid-19 regulations and are designed to keep you and all involved in the exhibition as safe as possible.
In the next couple of days, along with the terms and conditions of entry, you will be sent an email from Phil at Lyme Bay Arts, with a link to the booking form. This, you will need to fill in online and return to him, for him to register your entry.
Please make sure that all details are correct before you return it, as it will not be possible to accept changes later. Maximum size, including frame, 30 inches in height or width.
Please only bring the exhibits entered on your form and make sure that the details are clearly written on a hanging label attached to the string, which can hang over the top of the picture. These details must match exactly the details on your entry form

For hand-in of your entries you will be asked to tick a time span box, 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm. Please only come during your indicated time. There may well be a requirement to queue at 2 metre spacing.
You will be asked to drop your exhibits at the door and they will be unpacked by the gallery. The same will apply on collection of unsold exhibits. Please make sure that your exhibits are in a bubble wrap bag, labelled with the details. This is for easy removal and return of the pictures.
As the car park is a short walk to the gallery, if you are unable to walk the distance, please ask someone to deliver and /or collect your entries for you.
We look forward to seeing your entries and it being a very successful exhibition in a safe environment.
